3. Pricing and Payment
3.1. All prices listed on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes. 3.2. Payment methods include credit card, debit card, and bank transfer. Some payment methods may incur additional transaction fees.

4. Substitutions
4.1. We cannot guarantee that flowers will be identical in color, shape, or variety to those shown in images on our website. Substitutions may be necessary due to seasonal availability or market supply. 4.2. If a substitution is required, we will make reasonable efforts to inform the sender in advance. However, due to time constraints, we may proceed with substitutions without prior notice to avoid delivery delays. 4.3. Any substituted flowers will be of equal or higher value, maintaining the original style chosen.

5. Delivery, Redelivery, Weekend & Public Holiday Delivery
5.1. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that the recipient can receive the delivery at the provided address. 5.2. For deliveries to secure buildings (e.g., apartments, offices), if no one is available to receive the flowers, we will leave them at the safest possible location, away from direct sunlight. 5.3. If delivery is unsuccessful and the flowers are returned to our studio, additional fees may apply for redelivery. Alternatively, customers may collect their order from our studio. 5.4. Delivery Schedule: We deliver Monday to Saturday from 9 AM. We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays. If a Saturday delivery is selected, the customer agrees that flowers may be left at the recipient’s address without requiring a signature.

6. Order Cancellations
6.1. Orders canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date will receive a full refund. 6.2. Orders canceled less than 48 hours before delivery will be charged 50% of the total order value (excluding delivery fees). 6.3. Orders that have already been created or are in transit cannot be canceled.

7. Returns and Refunds
7.1. Saint Valley Studio handles returns and refunds in accordance with Australian Consumer Protection laws. 7.2. Flowers are perishable, natural products, and their lifespan varies depending on the variety. On average, flowers last 4-7 days with proper care. 7.3. Flowers are subject to natural variations and seasonal availability. By accepting these terms, you acknowledge that there may be discrepancies between product images and actual products. 7.4. If flowers perish within three (3) days of delivery and all care instructions have been followed, or if an incorrect product was provided, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. 7.5. Customers must notify us within three (3) days of delivery to request a refund. 7.6. We may require images of the original product to assess refund or replacement eligibility. If the original product has been discarded or images are not provided, we cannot offer a refund or replacement. 7.7. We do not offer refunds if incorrect delivery information was provided by the sender. Customers may arrange redelivery at an additional cost or collect their order from our studio.
